This is recommended because it is a relatively safe place, being a US territory. Furthermore, again being a US territory, people from New Jersey won't have passport problems here.

The all-inclusive option in Puerto Rico is limited. But there are plenty of accommodation options. If you know how to haggle, you can get for yourself a cheap Caribbean vacation in Puerto Rico.
2. The Cayman Islands All Inclusive Vacations
These islands lie smack in the middle of the Caribbean sea. It is well noted for its clear waters.

Cayman Islands has at least two all-inclusive resorts: one at the Seven Mile Beach and the other at the East End, which is the off-the-beaten-path.
3. Cheap Bahamas Vacations
Strictly speaking the Bahamas is no longer part of the Caribbean. It's part of the Atlantic Ocean. But is proximity to the Caribbean Sea makes it a vacation spot that is as great as the Caribbean destinations.
